Quality Control Personnel

Job Description

  • Relevant telemarketing quality control work experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Office software (PPT, Excel, etc.), with certain data processing and document editing skills
  • Have good communication skills and team spirit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Summarize issues according to the quality control rules and standards for quality inspection of front-line tele sales records, control the risk awareness of tele sales, and timely feedback
  • The daily sampling process of the problems that arise in a timely manner, effective answer the feedback and consultation of tele sales, and urge tele sales to improve the quality control problems that arise in the call
  • Do a good job of reconciling the workload of tele sales, and send daily, weekly and monthly reports on time
  • Optimize the quality control standard by combining the quality control results, and provide effective suggestions to the whole tele sales team level
  • Assist the team in rountine research and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
